Order & requirements
After checkout you get a requirements checklist: Shopify access, logo and branding, products, content and stores you like.

Kick-off call
On Growth and Advanced we meet on a video call to agree the pages, the look and what the store needs to sell.

Design, then build
Larger builds are designed in Figma first. Once you approve, I build on a draft theme, so a live store keeps selling.
- 04
Review, launch, support
You review on desktop and mobile and ask for changes. After launch you get 30 days of support for anything I built.

Questions before you order
Which package should I choose?
Choose Starter for a branded store built on your chosen theme. Choose Growth for a conversion-focused store with custom Figma design. Choose Advanced for a larger custom store with advanced layouts and email automation. Message me before ordering if you’re unsure.
What counts as one page and one product upload?
One page means one unique Shopify page or template, such as Home, Collection, Product, About or Contact. One product upload includes your content, pricing, images and up to five variants. A separately designed product layout counts as an extra page.
What if I need fewer or more products?
Packages include up to the stated number of products. Extra products are £50 each, added above. If you have far fewer, message me before ordering for a smaller custom offer.
What do I need to provide?
Shopify access, your logo and branding, product details, images, written content, the pages you need, your preferred theme and example sites you like. I send you a full requirements checklist after you order.
Do you design from scratch or use a Shopify theme?
Starter customises your chosen theme to your brand. Growth and Advanced include a Figma design before development. Any paid theme is bought and licensed by you.
Can I edit the store myself later?
Yes. It’s built with Shopify’s editable theme system wherever possible, so you can update products, images, text, collections and standard sections without code.
Do you provide the domain, Shopify plan, theme or paid apps?
No. You buy the domain, Shopify plan, paid theme and paid-app licences, so they’re always yours. I connect your domain and set up the agreed theme and apps.
Do you write copy, design logos or create graphics?
Packages include foundational on-page SEO and uploading the content you supply. Copywriting, logo design, custom graphics, keyword research and ongoing SEO are quoted separately. Ask me.
What do revisions cover?
Reasonable changes to the agreed design. A complete change of direction or new functionality is quoted separately. You can add extra revision rounds above.
Do you support the store after launch?
Yes. You get 30 days of support for defects in the work I delivered. New products, pages, design changes and third-party app issues are quoted separately.
